Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Future Builds mobile app, website, developer portal and related services. Future Builds is operated by Noviom Labs Limited.

By using Future Builds, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

What Future Builds Provides

Future Builds helps users search, view, save and track planning applications. The service may include postcode search, map search, favourites, notifications, likes and dislikes, registered interest, company profiles, claimed applications, uploaded media, developer highlights and subscription features.

Planning application data is provided by third-party and public data sources. Future Builds does not control those source records and cannot guarantee that all planning information is complete, current or error-free.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may suspend, restrict or close accounts that breach these Terms, misuse the service, attempt to avoid payment, upload inappropriate content or create security, legal or operational risk.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription prices, tiers and included features are shown in the app, on the website or at checkout. Payments may be processed by Stripe, Apple or Google.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Cancellations, refunds and billing changes are handled through the payment provider used for purchase, unless the subscription was purchased directly through Future Builds using Stripe.

We may change subscription features or prices in future. Where required, changes will apply only after notice or at the next renewal.

Acceptable Use

You must not:

• use the service unlawfully or fraudulently;
• upload content that is abusive, discriminatory, misleading, defamatory, obscene, infringing or otherwise inappropriate;
• impersonate another person or company;
• claim an application or company that you are not authorised to represent;
• scrape, overload, reverse engineer or interfere with the service;
• attempt to access accounts, data or systems without permission;
• use planning information as a substitute for professional advice or official planning authority records.

User and Company Content

You are responsible for content you add to Future Builds, including company details, summaries, highlights, claimed site information, uploaded images and other material. You must have the right to upload and share that content.

By adding content, you grant Future Builds a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display and process that content as needed to operate and promote the service.

We may remove or restrict content if we believe it breaches these Terms, infringes rights, creates risk, is reported as inappropriate or is otherwise unsuitable for the service.

Planning Information

Planning application details may come from public registers, planning data APIs and other third-party sources. You should verify important information with the relevant local planning authority or official source before relying on it.

Future Builds is not responsible for decisions made by planning authorities, applicants, developers, agents, residents or other third parties.

Notifications

Notifications are provided for convenience only. We do not guarantee that every application, change, status update or deadline will trigger a notification, or that notifications will arrive by a particular time.

Intellectual Property

Future Builds, including its design, branding, software and original content, belongs to Noviom Labs Limited or its licensors. You may use the service only as permitted by these Terms.

Third-party data, maps, documents, images and services remain owned or controlled by their respective providers.

Availability

We aim to keep Future Builds available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, outages, third-party provider issues or events outside our control.

Liability

Future Builds is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, business interruption or decisions made using planning information shown in the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Account Closure

You may stop using Future Builds at any time. Account deletion instructions are available at /delete-account. We may retain limited records where required for legal, security, accounting, payment, moderation or dispute purposes.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continued use of Future Builds after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where consumer protection law gives you rights to bring a claim elsewhere.
