How to Request Deletion

1. Open the Future Builds app and sign in.
2. Go to your profile or account settings and use the delete account option if it is available.
3. If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the email address linked to your account.
4. Use the subject line "Delete my Future Builds account".

What to Include by Email

• Your full name.
• The email address used for your Future Builds account.
• Your company name, if your account is linked to a company.
• A short confirmation that you want your account deleted.

We may ask you to verify your identity before completing the deletion request.

Data Deleted or Anonymised

When your account is deleted, we will delete or anonymise personal account data where reasonably possible, including profile information, login tokens, push notification tokens, saved favourites, saved postcodes, notification preferences and personal app activity linked only to your account.

Data We May Retain

We may retain limited information where needed for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, billing, tax, moderation, dispute resolution or service integrity purposes. This may include subscription records, payment references, audit logs, reports, company records and records needed to show that a deletion request was completed.

Planning application data from third-party or public planning sources is not created by Future Builds and may continue to appear in the app or be re-fetched from the original source.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Future Builds account does not always cancel a subscription purchased through Apple, Google or Stripe. Please cancel your subscription through the payment provider you used. If you need help, email [email protected].

Timing

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Some retained records may be kept for longer where required by law or legitimate business needs described in our Privacy Policy.
